Volumetrix

The Volumetrix provides you with a highly reliable tint dispensing machine that is ideal for high-volume industrial use. After your installation you will immediately notice some of the benefits. A few of the most important ones are the speed of the dispenses, the repeatability and accuracy from dispense to dispense. The machine is intuitive and easy for operators to use. An example of this would be the calibration feature that simply requires the operator to select the tint that they would like to calibrate and press start. In less then one minute a tint can be calibrated. The whole process is automated and does not require a user to calculate and manually input the new calibration values.

The software has a full featured formula editor in a simple format. The software has been designed so that all the information that the operator would want to view, prior to dispensing a formula, is displayed on a single main screen. There are troubleshooting screens that enhance the maintenance personnel's ability to quickly diagnose any fluid circuit problem and replace the faulty component. We have a robust YADA / ColorNet formula import function in the software. There are also some software options that may be of need for your exact application like label printing, VOC calculations and a chassis / serial validation feature.

The Volumetrix package will use highly obtainable field proven Allen Bradley PLC based electronics. The hardware is placed inside a multi-door panel that will be placed outside of your hazardous area so that it can be worked on at any time without having to purge the control cabinet.
