Single Cell Paint / Adhesive Application

V-Slider: The "V-Slider's" unique design allows two parts to be positioned within the paint robot's envelope simultaneously. Operators may also load and unload parts while both slides are retracted. These key design features eliminate cycle time. The V-Slider is capable of out producing 2 standard Turntables.

Two independent servo driven slides allow for flexibility and control of your part transfers. Each slide is capable of transferring parts and tooling that weigh up to 500 lbs. at speeds of 5 feet per second. Part sizes are only limited by your robot's work envelope; contact us for special applications.

Paint masks are mounted on independent closed-loop positioning mechanisms that rotate your part to programmable angular positions. This allows each side of your part to be painted easily. Explosion proof motors ensure efficient cycle times by providing part positioning without interrupting painting.

A complete and thoroughly tested control package seamlessly integrates your existing paint robot with the "V-Slider". A light, handheld, touch screen controller gives the operator complete control of part transfers and the paint process. Sixty-four positioning presets for each axis make part changes easy with the push of a button. Contact us today and learn how the "V-Slider" will increase your robotic paint-cell's efficiency and ultimately put more money in your pocket.

Custom sizes and control configurations are available.

The Automated Finishing Cell is designed for superior flexibility and rapid return on investment for the customer. These systems are robust, and easily accept a wide range of parts. Powerful, easily programmable controls, allow for multiple parts to be run simultaneously. Features:

    • The Automated Finishing Cell is made for customers who demand quality and quantity from their products.
    • Repeatable, accurate positioning that shaves valuable seconds off each cycle. Also, all axis are configurable from the operator's pendant.
    • Operators will appreciate the intuitive touch-screen interface and maintenance personnel will find the completely integrated controls a refreshing alternative to other systems.
    • Self Contained Finishing Cell. Entire Cell can be located with a forklift. Ready to run. Includes: Booth, Robot, Transfers, Fixtures & Masking, PLC controls, Gun Box, Fluid, Fan & Atom transducers, Safety Equipment, Filter Media, Adjustable Air Make up Blower assembly.
All systems are designed with x-proof or intrinsically safe controls, including all inputs and outputs that may reside in a potentially combustible atmosphere.
  • Shuttle Cycle Time- 2 Sec.
  • Max. Mask Size- 42 x 24 Inches
  • Max. Part Weight- 150 Lbs.
  • Min. Foot Print- 12-1/2 x 10.5 Feet
  • Mask Ht. from Gnd. - 41 Inches.
Servo-driven mask positioning option dramatically reduces cycle times by reducing unnecessary robot travel. Also, by utilizing part rotation, over-spray is virtually eliminated and difficult-to-reach places become accessible.
  • The Robotic adhesive system is typically used by automotive interiors manufacturers to apply adhesive to a substrate which will later in the process have cloth or leather bonded to it. Generic Systems also supplies an integrated Demon Drop Curing Oven which tacks the adhesive so that the cloth or leather can properly bond. The unique double walking beam design allows the part which is loaded by the operator to be walked in to the robotic booth and then in a second walking motion the part is directly transferred into the Demon Drop Curing Oven. This prevents an operator from having to place a wet part into the oven. Single Cell Paint/Adhesive Application Robotic Adhesive System with Demon Drop Curing Oven
