Getting Help

Our philosophy is to develop student competency rather than maximize course content. Our training program enables students to perform work in real-world industrial settings.

• Class size is limited
• Course and Laboratory documentation is provided
• Each student is provided:
• Allen Bradley PLC with I/O gear
• PC running appropriate Rockwell Software
• Lab equipment: Each lab involves programming and troubleshooting common industrial equipment such as conveyors, pneumatic valves, machine sequences, robots, and spray guns (analog signals).

Method - All courses consist of lectures, demonstrations, and a heavy emphasis on lab exercises which are designed to reinforce classroom learning. Labs use typical industrial equipment and programming tasks that the student would likely encounter in an industrial setting.

Location - Generic Systems Inc. is located in Sylvania, OH in the northwest corner of the state near the City of Toledo. Cancellation - Cancellation of a class is at no charge if Generic Systems is notified in writing, at least two weeks in advance. Cancellation is subject to a fee equal to 100% of the course tuition if notice is received with less than two weeks.

Rescheduling - Rescheduling of a class is at no charge if Generic Systems is notified in writing, at least two weeks in advance. Rescheduling is subject to a fee equal to 40% of the course tuition if notice is received with less than two weeks.

Payment - Payment may be made by check, credit card or purchase order and must be received prior to attendance in any training class
