The self-contained Finishing Cell can be located with a forklift and is ready to run. The cell includes: Booth, Robot, Transfers, Fixtures and Masking, PLC Controls, Gun Box, Fluid, Fan and Atom Transducers, Safety Equipment, Filter Media, and Adjustable Air Make-up Blower assembly. |
Reducing Unnecessary
The servo-driven mask-positioning option dramatically reduces cycle times by reducing unnecessary
robot travel. Also, by utilizing part rotation, over-spray is virtually eliminated and
difficult-to-reach places become accessible.
